About Us

Meet the Maker

I’m Tracie — designer, baker, and owner of Tracie’s Custom Crafts. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion for creating tools that make decorating easier, cleaner, and more fun. Every cutter and stamp is designed, printed, tested, and packaged by me in my Wisconsin studio.
I believe in quality, creativity, and supporting bakers at every skill level.

Meet the Management Team

My shop wouldn’t be complete without my three “supervisors” — Lucy, Apollo, and Aspen.
Lucy is the calm leader, Apollo is the dramatic talker, and Aspen is the fast, sassy baby of the group. They oversee production, demand snacks, and occasionally interrupt printing with their opinions.

CEO | Chief Executive Overseer

Lucy

Lucy is the calm, wise Lab who runs the entire operation with quiet authority. She oversees snack distribution, employee behavior, and studio peace. She speaks rarely, but when she does, the huskies immediately fall in line. Her leadership style is firm, gentle, and powered by treats and belly rubs. She is absolutely convinced she keeps this business afloat — and honestly, she’s not wrong.

COO | Chief Outburst Officer

Apollo

Apollo is beautiful, dramatic, and extremely committed to routine enforcement. If anything in the daily schedule changes, he files an immediate “complaint” (howl) with upper management. He supervises print jobs, loudly announces his opinions, and believes he should be paid in snacks for simply existing. He is the loudest member of the team and takes great pride in it.

Aspen - CQC Chief Chaos Coordinator

Aspen

Aspen is Apollo’s daughter and the tiniest tornado in the building. She handles rapid movement, sassy commentary, and quality control inspections. She zooms through the studio at Mach 3, checks every package with intense enthusiasm, and occasionally performs high‑speed laps to “test airflow.” She is small, fast, and fully convinced she’s running the place.

Thank you!
