Due to food‑contact safety regulations, all cookie cutters and stamps are final sale. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures every customer receives brand‑new, unused products that meet strict hygiene and safety standards.

✔️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’m happy to replace the item or provide a solution that makes it right.
