Do you ship your cookie kits? Yes, shipping is available anywhere within Wisconsin. Because these kits are made in a private home kitchen under Wisconsin cottage food laws, I cannot ship outside the state. Your kit will be packaged securely to arrive fresh and ready to decorate.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes. Local pickup is available in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You can choose your pickup date using the calendar at checkout, and your kit will be prepared fresh for the date you select.

Will I receive pickup instructions? Yes. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your selected pickup date along with detailed pickup instructions. This email will tell you exactly where to go, how the pickup process works, and what to expect when you arrive. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you don’t miss this information.

How do I choose my pickup or shipping date? At checkout, you’ll see a date picker. Select any date that works for you. Your kit will always be made fresh for the date you choose.

Can I pre‑order for holidays? Yes. Holiday pre‑orders are always available. Simply select the preferred pickup date in the picker.

What’s included in each DIY kit? Each kit includes freshly baked cookies, icing, sprinkles, scribe tools, and a decorating instruction card. Deluxe kits include three cutters and three matching stamps so you can recreate your cookies at home.

Are your products safe for children and classrooms? Yes. These kits are designed for families, classrooms, and holiday activities. Please review the ingredient and allergen information to ensure they are appropriate for your group.

How long do the cookies stay fresh? Cookies stay fresh for several days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. They can also be frozen and thawed later for decorating.

Do your products contain allergens? These cookies contain wheat, eggs, and milk. They are prepared in a private home kitchen that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, and soy, which may result in cross‑contact. Please consume at your own discretion.

Is your kitchen licensed or inspected? This product is made in a private home kitchen that is not subject to state licensing or inspection, as allowed under Wisconsin cottage food laws.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations? Because each kit is made fresh for your selected date, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your pickup or shipping date. After that window, ingredients and preparation have already begun.

Will I receive tracking for shipped orders?

Yes. If you select Wisconsin shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier. Your kit will be packaged securely to arrive fresh and ready to decorate on the date you selected at checkout.

What if I need to change my pickup or shipping date?

If you need to adjust your date, please reach out as soon as possible. Changes can usually be made if ingredients and preparation have not begun. Once your order is already in progress, date changes may not be available.
